What we haul
Apartment & rental turnovers
Everything tenants leave behind, hauled off. Broom-swept, with before/after photos for your deposit file.
Construction & contractor debris
Drywall, lumber, cabinets, flooring, carpet and pad, tile and water-damage tear-out. Weekly or per-phase pickups.
Light commercial
Offices, retail suites, storage rooms and warehouses — furniture, fixtures and leftover clutter.
Residential junk removal
Furniture, appliances, garages, move-outs and single items — one piece or a full load.

How fast can I get a price?
Text or email photos and you’ll have a firm price within 1 hour during business hours. Prefer we see it in person? On-site quotes are free.
What do you take?
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, household junk, tenant leftovers, office and retail furniture and fixtures, and construction and remodel debris like drywall, lumber, cabinets, flooring, carpet and pad. Heavy material like tile, brick and concrete is priced by the ton.
What won’t you take?
Hazardous materials: paint, chemicals, solvents, oil and fuel, batteries and asbestos — plus medical waste and liquids. Refrigerators and freezers need their refrigerant handled properly first (+$50). Not sure about an item? Send a photo and ask.
Do you donate or recycle?
When possible, yes. Usable items are set aside for donation and recyclable materials go to recycling instead of the landfill whenever it’s practical.
Why “starting at” pricing?
Volume, weight, stairs and access all change a job. That’s why you approve a firm price, by photo or on site, before we start. The price you approve is the price you pay.
